Leonardo is more aggressive than his well-balanced father, which is speculated to be the reason why he is kept away from administrative business. The forces of The Red Lance have been seen by very few of the inhabitants of Miladra, but their existence is well-known, and held accountable for the peaceful conditions, compared to their Tilean neighbors.

The safety of Miladra has been left with lesser officers, as Count Leonardo Dragovicz leads The Red Lance as the forward part of the Miladrian invasion force.
