Alejandro Dragovicz, count of the City State Miladra and lord of Miladra Castle, is the rarely seen head of the ruling family. As cunning and calculating as he is powerful, he is the main cause of the regions prosperity the last 20 years, since he replaced the former count. He has made a name for himself by increasing the output of the lands manifold, and by hiring magical- and technological researchers to work in his courts. The population is happy about the wealth of the region, although a bit mystified over Alejandro's seemingly lack of ability to age. The coming campaign is his first major offensive war, though he is an experienced tactician, due to the frequent invasion attempts on the area.

He leads the Main Battalion usually stationed at Miladra Castle.
